Founded on November 26, 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 835 million, Kingee Culture (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on January 27, 2014 with the stock code of 002721. The Company became the actual holding company of the state-owned assets of Haidian District, Beijing in 2018.
